This Code of Conduct applies to all Attendees at LPDG Inc events and functions. This includes Dancers, Support Workers, Family Members, DJs and Volunteers.

The Lower Plenty Dance Group Inc hereby agrees to allow the Attendees to participate in any function or event it provides subject to the Rules referred to below:

1. All Attendees shall respect one another as individuals who have the right to peaceful enjoyment of the event and or function, free from harassment, bullying, threats, inappropriate language, or in any way being interfered with.
2. By registering their attendance at a LPDG event, all Attendees accept all reasonable and lawful directions of the authorised volunteers representing the Lower Plenty Dance Group Inc. and/or the Management of the premises.
3. The Lower Plenty Dance Group Inc reserves the right to refuse, at their discretion entry to, or exclude any Attendee from participation in any event or function that it operates.
4. All Attendees are responsible for any actions, loss or damage they cause.
5. All Attendees shall, upon entry into the premises for each event or function report to the Registration Desk and register their details in accordance with LPDG Health & Safety Plan.
6. All Attendees shall remain on or inside the premises for the duration of the event or function unless directed otherwise by the volunteers representing the Lower Plenty Dance Group Inc or Management of the facility. If for any reason an Attendee wishes to depart from the premises prior to the end of the event or function they must report to the Registration Desk at the time of their departure to inform the organisers.
7. Attendees shall not arrive earlier than 20 minutes before the function and shall arrange to leave the premises at the end of the scheduled time.
8. Lower Plenty Dance Group events are smoke free.
9. On occasions at weekly dances or other LPDGInc functions, photographs of dancers may be taken by committee members or official volunteers and uploaded to the website. If you do not consent to this please inform the committee.
